We recently used Tomi Taxi for a group airport transfer, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional. The driver arrived on time, was extremely polite, and helped with the luggage. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the journey very pleasant. We also appreciated the smooth communication and easy booking process. The ride was punctual, stress-free, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. After receiving an email at short notice from Ryanair requesting I arrive at the airport 3 hours before my flight was due to depart and staying approx. two hours away from Charleroi it meant leaving much earlier than planned in the morning. This ruled out other options to get to the airport. A quick search brought up TOMI Taxi within minutes I had a quote and had booked the car I needed. The taxi arrived early the driver was polite and helpful. The car was spotless and it made a stressful situation more bearable. El servicio fue fantástico, desde la atención vía email resolviendo todas las dudas, tanto como con los chóferes (reservamos 2 VAN Mercedes Vito para 10 personas con equipaje), fuimos a ambos aeropuertos en Bruselas y la puntualidad, amabilidad, limpieza de los vehículos fue intachable. Nos atendió Tomasz y otro compañero que hablaba castellano muy amable y simpático. Les solicitamos la noche de antes adelantar la recogida media hora antes y nos contestaron muy rápido aceptando nuestra petición.
